Management Contract

You remain the owner and landlord. We handle the complete operation for a percentage of revenue. Maximum control for you, professional management by us.

Lease Agreement

We rent your property at a fixed monthly amount and operate it independently. You receive guaranteed rent with no effort or risk.

Hybrid Model

A combination of fixed base rent and variable revenue share. You benefit from the security of a minimum rent and the upside potential during high occupancy.

  • Costs vary by contract model. With a management contract, you pay a percentage of revenue. Furnishing costs can be covered or pre-financed by us depending on the agreement. We clarify all details transparently in the initial meeting.

  • After signing the contract, we take care of everything: furnishing, professional photography, listing creation, digital check-in setup and all official permits. Your apartment is typically booking-ready within 2-4 weeks.

  • No, we can handle the complete furnishing and outfitting if desired. Every Loftly apartment is set up according to our quality standards so guests have a consistently premium experience. We discuss costs individually.
