These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of vacation apartments through the website of Loftly Apartment GmbH. By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms.

The presentation of apartments on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting a booking request, the guest makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded with our booking confirmation by email.

All prices include statutory value-added tax. Payment is made according to the payment terms specified during booking. Additionally booked add-ons are charged at the specified price.

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full price is due.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Access is via a digital key.

The guest agrees to treat the apartment with care and not to disturb the neighbors. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. Pets are only permitted with prior consent and for an additional fee. In case of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early.

Loftly Apartment GmbH is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond our control. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
