„Es war okay, mehr aber nicht. Kritik: Das Wohnzimmer direkt am Eingang ist zu kalt trotz Heizung (der Heizkörper ist für die Raumgröße zu klein, früher war es ein Ladengeschäft). Es roch nach Abwasser, weil das Bad-Waschbecken keinen Siphon hat. Das Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab. Mängel wurden schriftlich übermittelt.“
